Control panels and Mimic panels can be a challenge. Our lasers ensure that different sized and shaped holes for controls and lights will all be accurately placed and the corresponding text positioned perfectly.
All orders are stored in the laser system, so if an identical panel or amended replacement is needed in future, it can be produced accurately and quickly, without set up charges. Long identification “strips” and machine plates can be designed especially for you and include your company logo and details.
All our labels and signage are produced using laserable impact acrylic which is designed for exterior use – we stock a wide variety of colours and our standard laminated plastic is 1.6mm thick. This 2 ply material is heat bonded and UV stable. It has a matt surface for a non-glare finish making labelling clear and easy to read, whilst providing longevity. Laser engraving is precise and every detail permanently etched into the surface, so your text will never wear away or rub off.
You may choose to colour code different systems, helping to identify each at a glance. We only use first class materials which are available in a variety of colours, finishes and thicknesses – there will to something ideal for any application.
